BSc(Hons)O.T. Dip C.Hyp. MNCH (Lic) 

I'm a qualified Hypnotherapist and hold a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I'm also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I have an Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy and I remain a practicing Senior Occupational Therapist for the NHS.

I have worked for some years within the NHS with people who have cardiac problems, teaching stress management, and undertaking group and one to one sessions for anxiety problems and panic attacks.

This is work I very much enjoy, helping people to achieve their goals.
Working as a Hypnotherapist enables me to help almost anyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities to achieve realistic goals. 
Within my practice I use many approaches and models including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Ericsonian, Elman and more, tailored to each clients needs.
