a good idea to come and have a chat first so we can discuss
what is happening in your life and to work out if my therapies
are the best course of action for you

consultation is free and lasts about 20 minutes you can
then book a session or think about it and contact me later,
letting me know you would like to do.
You
are also welcome to bring someone for support to your consultation,
please let me know so I can provide extra seating.
